Dinner With Those Who Have A Purple Heart

The Fort Bragg, NC Chapter of the Military Order of the Purple Heart will be having a dinner on February 27 at 6pm on Pope Air Force Base.

Tickets are running $15 each.

The tickets are well worth it! I went last year, and the dinner was fabulous!

Christmas In July

We are now collecting Christmas items for some of the US Soldiers in Iraq. We would like to help the Gold Star Moms with their task of putting together themed "Christmas in July" care packages.

If you would like to donate stocking stuffers, please let us know by emailing: info@christianmilitarywives.com - they will be stuffing 18-20 stockings.

On a side note, the Gold Star Moms are also collecting supplies for female soldiers.

Collecting Trial Size Hygiene Supplies

We are now collecting trial size hygiene items (soaps, shampoos etc) the Gold Star Moms.

The Gold Star Moms are currently trying to put together baskets for those staying at the VA hospital in Fayetteville, NC.

This 5K Run/Walk will benefit the Ft. Bragg USO’s facility and outreach programs. Not only is this a fundraiser, but it is an opportunity for the Ft. Bragg and Fayetteville communities to come out and show our support for our local military. As participants, you can choose to walk or run in honor or in memory of service members. Feel free to be creative by making t-shirts or posters to express your gratitude.
